Post Amazon orders and payouts into a channel
Connect your Amazon seller account and your team sees new orders, shipments, cancellations and the money Amazon pays out to your bank in a channel. You need to be a Freesbe owner or admin, and the primary user of your Seller Central account (or a user Amazon lets approve apps).
Amazon doesn’t send webhooks to other apps, so Freesbe checks your account every ten minutes. It reads orders and settlements only: never buyers’ names or addresses, and it never changes anything in your account.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Open Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Integrations → Commerce and click Connect under Amazon.
- Pick Where your seller account is, the Seller Central you sign in to:
- North America: the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
- Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa: the UK, Germany, France, the UAE, India and the rest.
- Far East: Japan, Australia and Singapore.
- Pick Post to channel and the Alerts to post: new orders, shipped orders, cancelled orders and payouts.
- Click Continue to Seller Central, sign in if Amazon asks, check the box and click Confirm.
Amazon sends you back to Freesbe, which says Amazon connected.
When alerts start
Section titled “When alerts start”Freesbe starts from the moment you connect: orders from before then aren’t posted, but orders from before then that ship afterwards are. The first check is within ten minutes, and orders show up within ten minutes after that. Orders waiting for the buyer’s payment are posted once they’re paid for. A payout is posted when Amazon sends the money to your bank.
If it stops
Section titled “If it stops”If you remove Freesbe in Seller Central (Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps), or Amazon stops accepting it, the store shows Needs approval again. Click Approve in Seller Central on it.
See Shopify and Amazon for everything the alerts can do.
