Shopify or Amazon orders aren't posting
An order came in on Shopify or Amazon, but no alert shows up in the channel you picked. Open Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Integrations → Commerce and look at the store.
The badge says something other than Connected
Section titled “The badge says something other than Connected”- Needs signing key (Shopify): paste the key from Shopify’s Settings → Notifications → Webhooks with Paste signing key. Until then Freesbe turns Shopify’s deliveries away.
- Not approved yet (Amazon): the approval in Seller Central wasn’t finished. Click Approve in Seller Central.
- Needs approval again (Amazon): Freesbe was removed in Seller Central, or Amazon stopped accepting it. Click Approve in Seller Central.
- Off: someone turned it off. Turn it on from the ⋯ menu.
The order was filtered out
Section titled “The order was filtered out”From the store’s ⋯ menu → Edit, check:
- Alerts to post: is the kind ticked? Fulfilled orders, for example, only post with Shipped orders.
- Smallest amount to post: orders below it are left out.
It’s an Amazon order and it’s recent
Section titled “It’s an Amazon order and it’s recent”Freesbe checks Amazon every ten minutes, and Amazon can take a few minutes to show a change. Orders waiting for payment (Pending in Seller Central) post once they’re paid for. Orders from before you connected aren’t posted.
It’s a Shopify order
Section titled “It’s a Shopify order”In Shopify’s Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, check there’s a webhook for the event (Order creation for new orders), that its URL is the one Freesbe gave you, and its format is JSON. If you deleted and connected the store again in Freesbe, the URL changed: replace it in each webhook. Shopify stops sending to a webhook that keeps failing, so after fixing it send a test notification.
The channel is archived
Section titled “The channel is archived”A store can’t post to an archived channel. Edit the store and pick another channel.
